Dimapur, Oct. 10 (EMN): Recognising the importance of spreading awareness about Swachhata Mission and its implementation across the state, Dimapur Bongs, in collaboration with the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC), organised a cleanliness drive covering the area from Army Supply Road Junction till Kalibari road on October 10.
An update from Dimapur Bongs informed that its members have repaired roads and filled potholes with sand gravels, cleared jungles and drainages.
It stated that the cleanliness drive was witnessed by important persons from Dimapur district. It added that refreshment was sponsored by Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sahib, Dimapur.
Meanwhile, the Dimapur Bongs thanked everyone for their support in making the event a success.
