Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo CEM celebrates 10 years of Group VBS
DIMAPUR — The Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo (DABA) Christian Education Ministry (CEM) celebrated its 10 years of Group Vacation Bible School (VBS) at DABA Duncan Church with a thanksgiving programme on Sunday.
Children from different fellowships under DABA participated in the VBS theme songs during the event.
The DABA has been continuing this yearly VBS programme for Sunday school children since CEM started the curriculum in 2013 with the consent and approval from Group’s Publishing House Ministry USA, said an update received here on Monday.
The Group’s VBS India was established in India in 2015 with its head office in Bengaluru, and following the signing of an MoU in 2015, DABA translates each year’s theme song into the local dialect, it said.
‘From 2023, through another undertaking, DABA also translates and produces the Group’s VBS theme song video in Ao dialect,’ it added.
