Dept. of YRS, Nagaland Chess Association to organise chess coaching-cum-tournament

Dimapur, April 18 (EMN): The department of Youth Resources and Sports in collaboration with Nagaland Chess Association (NCA) will be organising a coaching camp-cum-first Tuensang district chess championship, inclusive of  Shamator and Noklak districts at Tuensang from May 5 to the 10th for coaching and May 9 and 10th for the tournament.

NCA will also set up its Tuensang District Chess Association, Shamator District Chess Association and Noklak District Chess Association units, an update informed.

Therefore, it informed the three district chess enthusiasts to attend the coaching-cum-tournament.

The coaching camp would be free, while the tournament entry fee is INR 500 for open category, INR 300 for the under-18 and under-14 category and free entry for the differently-able.

Interested people can send their registration fees to S Litingse Sangtam at ‘31513155237 (SBI account number), SBIN0003598 (IFSC code)’ or Google Pay/Paytm to 9612866445. After payment, one may send the receipt via WhatApp to 9612866445. The last date for registration is May 3.

It further informed all the interested persons to send their name, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, district, birth certificate (under-14 and under-18) and residential proof/office ID card/school ID for non-Nagas.
