Dept co-ordination meeting held at Jalukie

The Heads of Office in Jalukie had a co-ordination meeting on December 3 at SDO (C) Office Jalukie. The meeting was convened and chaired by the SDO (C) Jalukie. The Chairman gave a welcome note and extended appreciation to the Officers for attending the meeting.During the meeting, the house discussed on the agenda for formation of Jalukie Sub-Division Departmental Coordination Committee where the members shared the need to have better coordination and cooperation amongst the various Government Department functioning in Jalukie Sub-Division and resolved to form the “Jalukie Sub-Division Departmental Coordination Committee”.
It was decided that all heads of Government Officers in Jalukie Hq. shall be members of the coordination committee where the Committee shall be led by the following Officers for an initial period of 1(one) Year) with SDO (C) as convener; Principal, GHSS – member and SDO (Agri) as member Secretary. It was also decided that the committee shall convene meetings atleast once in 3 months (quarterly).
On the agenda of Observation of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Campaign) on 9th December 2014, the meeting resolved that all the Government Department in Jalukie shall organized a One-Day Mass Social work to clean up Jalukie Town, as well as the Government Offices/campus as part of the Nation-wide campaign on clean India.
The social work shall begin at 6 a.m. till the completion of work where all government Department staff shall involve in cleaning up their respective office/campus. It was also decided that the PWD (Housing) and PWD (R&B) will send 15 each volunteers (staff) to clean the Town area, Forest Department volunteered to arranged for white wash /paint all the standing trees in the town area, Irrigation department, State Bank of India and Cooperative Bank will provided refreshments for all the participants in the town area and the traders’ Union Jalukie were invited to participate in the social work.
The chairman in his remark appreciated the Officers for attending the meeting in a good number.
