Dimapur, Nov. 17 (EMN): Dimapur District Citizens’ Forum (DDCF) has urged the government of Nagaland and Assam to resolve the border problem at the earliest.
A DDCF statement issued by its media cell stated that the indefinite economic blockade starting from November 17 imposed by the Karbi Students’ Association (KSA) in collaboration with other civil organisations of Karbi Anglong was a demand to immediately solve the border issue.
DDCF, therefore, urged the state government to take the matter seriously and immediately find a solution with its counterpart. It further urged the business community not to take advantage of the blockade and raise the price of essential commodities.
