Dimapur, May 17 (EMN): The long awaited assembly cum auditorium hall of the Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Phek, was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Murohu Chotso on May 11.
The DC congratulated teachers and the students who have successfully qualified in the HSLC & HSSLC examination 2017. While congratulating the successful HSLC and HSSLC candidates 2017, the school conferred awards to various subject teachers. Besides, Shevelu Vero of Class XII (Arts) was awarded cash prize for securing highest marks in Geography.
The programme was chaired by PGT, Luiluile Lungalang. A brief history of the assembly hall was delivered by the Vice Principal, GHSS, Phek, Kewetshete Wezah, and the vote of thanks was delivered by Principal GHSS, Phek, YP Singh. Members of the school managing board, staffs and students attended the inaugural Programme.
