DIMAPUR — The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Peren, Vineet Kumar, has informed all that the allotment of patta for the land in New Site, Peren Hq., as per the approval received from the SLAA (first list), is in process.
According to a DIPR report, the documents required to process the allotment to private individuals include Aadhar card, indigenous certificate, survey map issued by district land revenue and settlement officer (DLRSO), verification report from DBs, treasury challan (for the amount as per the mentioned rates), four passport photos, and the provisional allotment order.
It stated that it is mandatory for all individuals to submit the mentioned documents for the issue of patta. Failure to provide these documents may result in the rejection or cancellation of the allotment order.
The DC further requested that all individuals ensure that they have the necessary documents ready and submit them as soon as possible to the office of the DC Peren during office hours.
Payment for land premium and land rent may be made through the treasury office, Peren, under the head 0029. The treasury challan in its original form should be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Peren.
The premium rate (one time) area: 60x100 = 6000 sq. ft. Rate = 6000 x INR 0.20 = INR 1200. The land rent (yearly) area: 60x100 = 6000 sq. ft. Rate = 6000 x INR 0.10 = INR 600.
