DC launches Officers’ Club in Tuensang

Jamithung Lotha, speaking at the launching of Officers’ Club in Tuensang town on September 6.[/caption] Dimapur, Sep 7 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, L Jamithung Lotha, launched the Officers Club and inaugurated the club’s office on September 6 at Circuit House, Tuensang. Speaking on the occasion, he encouraged the officers posted in Tuensang district to register themselves with the club for better understanding and coordination. He also urged the gathering to keep the club alive and expressed hope that the platform will enable one to do something good and bring changes in the district. ‘Equal participation in the club will bring big changes which will benefitclub members and public of the district in particular,’ he stated. The programme was chaired by EAC Tuensang, Tsiatsutsie, while, the principal of Sao Chang College, Chubasangla Chang, said the invocation prayer. The club members also decided to organise night carnival in the town in the first week of December 2017.
