DIMAPUR — The office of the deputy commissioner, Kohima, in a notification, informed the public that land measuring 1360 Sqmt/ 14639 Sqft is required for acquisition outright purchase for construction of permanent bridge on Kohima-Pedi-Peren road at Jotsoma KM 10.175 under 89 RCC (GREF), Kohima district.
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisition Acquisition Act 1965, the deputy commissioner of Kohima, Kumar Ramnikant, duly authorised by the state government as competent authority, notified that if any person/ party having any claim/ objection over the said area to submit the same to his office within a period of 30 days.
