DC Kohima issues circular on February 2 damages

Dimapur, Feb. 4: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan in a circular stated that some unidentified person had vandalized, stolen, damaged and burnt down many Government offices and other establishments at Old Secretariat area on February 2 evening. DC has therefore requested that a detailed report of properties, items, vehicles damaged, missing etc. be submitted for further submission to the Government. DC also stated that some items like computer, printer, heater etc., which were being stolen by some miscreants, have been recovered and handed over to the office of Deputy Commissioner, Kohima. The same can be checked and collected by the concerned offices/departments from the office.
