Diphu, May 10 (EMN): Deputy Commissioner, Karbi Anglong Mridul Kr Mahanta has issued a prohibitory order under section 144 CrPC., prohibiting stocking, distributing or sell and use of any carry bag made of origin or recycled or compostable plastic, which is less than 40 microns in thickness in the entire Karbi Anglong district.
