DC greenlights traffic movement on Kidima-Kikruma road stretch

DIMAPUR — Deputy Commissioner of Phek, Kumar Ramnikant, in a notification informed that the movement of traffic on Km 30.474 (near Kidima road, Chakhabama) to Km. 53.220 (near Kikruma village) on NH-29 has been reopened with immediate effect.

The DC, in a travel advisory, however, advised the public and commuters to exercise caution while using this stretch of road, as it is still under construction, especially considering the monsoon season. In the event of incidents such as landslides and rockfalls, in and around the area, the general public is requested to contact the site in-charge (9863299229), for immediate assistance.
