DC Dimapur advocates sincerity to solve unemployment

DIMAPUR — The deputy commissioner of Dimapur, Sachin Jaiswal, has underscored the importance of sincerity and discipline among the youth in Nagaland to overcome the problem of unemployment.

Jaiswal stated this during the passing out ceremony of the first batch of trainees from Urban Jungle Private Security Agency (UJPSA) consisting of 18 trainees including four women held in Dimapur on Thursday. He stated that there are lots of opportunities today for the youths but there is less competency in Nagaland.

Speaking about the profession of security, he said that it is a hardworking service which needs time and dedication. He advised all the trainees to take it as a challenge and make their living with discipline wherever they are posted.

The proprietor of UJPSA, Maj. Vikuto Asumi (retired) shared that after retiring from Indian army he started an outlet called ‘Urban Jungle.’ Asumi added that he came up with an idea to start the agency in order to address the problem of many uneducated and educated unemployed youth.

He shared that the trainees are trained about self-defence. He further shared that the agency is planning to go to schools and teach the students about discipline and also come up with military combat gym in the near future.
