DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 30: Chang Tribal Council (CTC) in an open letter to Director of School Education has appealed to revoke transfer order of Nukshisenla, GT Science teacher and Bhumvung , GT Mathematics teacher of GHSS Tuensang.
President M.P. Nokshang and general secretary C.Yenten stated that Government Higher Secondary School Tuensang has been functioning with only one mathematic qualified teacher who is being assisted by Science teachers in teaching the subject, thereby hardly covering all the classes in the school.
However, despite the short fall, CTC said it was depressing to see the order NO.ED/SE/TSG/7/2014-15 Dated Kohima, 7th Nov’2016, wherein the only mathematics teacher including a science teacher from GHSS Tuensang is being re-deployed to GHS Sotokur without reliever, leaving the school without mathematics teacher.
On seeing the act of depriving the student of GHSS Tuensang, CTC expressed resentment against the order issued by the School Education department and beseech the authority to either revoke the order or to replace them with subject teacher.
Further the council cautioned that failing which the two incumbents will not be allowed to release from the school and the concerned authority will be held responsible for any unwanted situation cropped up in this connection.
