CTB organises Christmas gift prog

Charitable Trust Brothers (CTB) had organised a Christmas gift programme ‘Intone for Charity -4’ at Kiphire on the theme ‘Give Hope’ on December 21 at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall with Dr. Tionjongshi Chang, ADC & Administrator of Kiphire Town Council, as Santa of the night.
The Santa of the night, in his greetings message, was all praise to Charitable Trust Brothers, where an intellectuals coming together for such a noble cause. He was taking an example of why and for what Jesus came into this world. He said Jesus was born in a Manger, even though He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords to show His humility. Stating that Jesus came to wash our sins away, the ADC said we must take an example of our savior Jesus Christ and share our love and care towards our fellow human beings.
The progamme was compare by Ms. Atsope and solidarity speech was pronounced by Dr. Holiba, MO Kiphire, and Longdiba, EAC Kiphire. Tsipi, Khumchoba, Ms Lilongla enthralled the gatherings with their melodious voice.
The CTB, during its visual documentary show and the declaration of 2015-16 charity work plan, pronounced that the Brothers sponsor Ms. Rodila Sangtam, who lost her father this midyear, for one full academic year of her school expenses with hostel facilities and “A CTB Hospital needy Patient fund” with an amount of Rs 10,000 was handed over to District Hospital authority.
The fund would be directly monitored by District Hospital authority Kiphire as per the needs and requirement of the patient. A minimum balance of Rs 5000 should be in the fund.
