[dropcap]T[/dropcap]HE NSACS ZERO auditions for Kiphire district which was held at the town hall on October 22 witnessed three remarkable bands from Kiphire compete with each other. Crush & Burn was pronounced the winner to represent the District at Dimapur for the grand finale which will be held on the 28 of October. Sacristy and Multicity came in second and third.Kesonyu Yhome IAS DC Kiphire who was the special guest on the occasion called upon the young people to live healthy and disciplined lives so that they may achieve their dreams and aspirations, and challenged them to take the message home.
Sharing his concern, the Deputy Commissioner also said, Kiphire is categorized under ‘A’ in HIV/AIDS, which is very alarming, and urged the youths not to indulge in unwanted practices so that the gift of live is lived to the fullest.

Lauding the effort of the NSACS Yhome also said that the initiative of the NSACS such as MMC is reaching the masses and assured his full support.
Deputy Director, NSACS, Dr. Zaiwang Zeliang gave a short speech on the basic principles of living a clean life, which are, to abstain from harmful habits, to be faithful in everything, and to make the right choices in life.
NSACS Brand Ambassadors, Clueless Attention keeping to their trade mark mesmerized the audience with performances of common musicals hits and a few of their originals.
Mr. Inavito from IBAPWO User’s Network Kiphire shared his testimony. Red ribbon club from Zisaji Presidency College volunteered for the event.
Earlier in the morning, the NSACS ZERO crew visited Loyola Higher Secondary School, Saramati View Modern School and Zisaji Presidency College where Youth Coordinator, Red Ribbon Club, Mr. Ainato Yeptho and Deputy Director, NSACS Dr. Zaiwang Zeliang shared about the goals of the ZERO campaign, and also challenged the students to be responsible in their work, abstain from drugs, alcohol and other harmful practices.
Brand Ambassadors, Clueless Attention, gave special acoustic presentations at all the three venues, which was appreciated and enjoyed by one and all.
