MOKOKCHUNG — Christian Residential Higher Secondary School (CRHSS), Mokokchung, held its commendation ceremony on Monday at the school’s Discovery Hall to celebrate the outstanding performance of its students in the 2026 Class 10 and 12 examinations conducted by the NBSE.
Students securing distinctions in individual subjects were felicitated during the programme, while special honours were conferred on Imnasangla (91.3%), Ozenla Jamir (90.5%), Wangjai Konyak (89%), Mepuyanger (84%), and Imkongsungla (83%) for securing distinction in all subjects.
The top performers from Class 10 who achieved distinction marks in various subjects are Chingyah K Phom (English, Social Sciences, Agriculture), Koratong Longkumer (Ao), Rongsennungha Lemtur (English, Ao, Agriculture), Shangchu P (Agriculture), and Imlijungla (Ao).
Also celebrated for their academic success are Naongmangyang (English), Tiasula Longkumer (English, Agriculture, Ao), Nemali Lihai Phom (Social Sciences, Agriculture), and Pisala Thongru (Social Sciences).

The institution’s academic strength was further reflected in the total tally of subject-wise distinctions: Agriculture led the count with 10 students, followed by English (nine), Social Science (eight), Ao (eight), Maths (three), Science (three), and Alternative English (one).
The school management also announced that admission fees for the upcoming academic session have been reduced at the same rate as the high school level, as a gesture of support to the poor community—a move welcomed by parents and guardians.
