Mokokchung, July 14 (EMN): Covid-19 cases in Mokokchung district increased to five on Tuesday. Officials from Mokokchung district administration confirmed that the fifth positive patient is a male from Multi-Sports Complex quarantine centre in Mokokchung.
With the detection of the Covid-19 case, Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Limawabang Jamir has declared the Multi-Sports Complex quarantine centre in Mokokchung town as containment zone in larger interest of public health and safety as per directive of the directorate of Health and Family Welfare.
With the order, the current containment zones in Mokokchung district stands at three.
