Dimapur, May 20 (EMN): Distribution of Covid-19 relief for daily wage earners and labourers in Dimapur concluded on Wednesday at the Holy Cross Higher Secondary School.

Additional Deputy Commissioner V Lovitoly Sema inspected the distribution centre on the concluding day and expressed gratitude to Holy Cross Parish and Fr. Thomas, chairman of the institute, for allowing the district administration to utilise their premise for storing, packaging and distribution activities free of cost, informed an update received here.

The ADC also lauded various organisations including the Dimapur Municipal Council, Dimapur Chamber, Commerce & Industry, Naga Council Dimapur and Red Cross Society for assisting the administration in the relief distribution exercise.

It may be mentioned that the state government had earlier allotted 11,000 relief packages for Dimapur district.
