In pursuance of rule 51 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, the Returning Officer (RO) of 1Dimapur-I A/C, Mhalo Humtsoe, has fixed March 2 as the date for counting of votes. The RO in a notice to the candidates/election agents also informed that the counting of votes will start from 8 am at Dobashi Court, 1st floor, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur.
