Alleging failure of governance in state, Aier stated that corruption has percolated down to the grass-root level. He has attributed the prevailing situation to failure in governance. He asserted that if the present generation wants to bring about changes for a better tomorrow, they must not succumb to corruption but strive hard by setting good example. “If you want to bring changes to this world, you should strive hard to stay as you are now by being true to your heart and soul and set good example to the world,” he said. Saying that the older generations will fade away and be replaced by the younger generations, Aier advised the students to value their wisdom as they are priceless and cannot be purchased with money. Aier further called upon the younger generation to play an important role to bring about transformation in the society.
