Coraggio School organises annual carnival
KOHIMA — Coraggio School held its annual carnival at Lerie, Kohima, on Saturday. The day’s activities included ring bangles, hitting the TT ball, goal kick, ball in the bucket, lucky dip, fishing the bottle, wheel of fortune, car race, and mehendi and face painting.
Speaking on the occasion, the headmistress of the school, Annie Konthoujam, stressed that the purpose of the school carnival is to promote staff and student participation. She also noted that giving staff and students different tasks to complete not only gives them a sense of accomplishment but also boosts their confidence.
She highlighted the positive impact of such events on strengthening bonds between students and teachers, making classroom sessions more interactive and interesting, and stressed that such events also play an important role in strengthening the bond between the school and parents.
