Confirmatory test of Zinyu Gas Agency employee returns Covid-19 negative

Dimapur, August 2 (EMN): The RT-PCR test result of the Zinyu Gas Agency employee, who passed away on July 25, returned negative from the BSL-3 laboratory in Kohima.

His TrueNat result had returned positive for Covid-19.

A press statement from the agency on Sunday informed that LPG operations would resume shortly with proper precaution and protocols for the safety of everyone.

The deceased was cremated the same evening at Samshan ghat near the railway station in Dimapur.

According to sources, he had pre-existing ailments like asthma and kidney-related problems.
