Combined annual training camp at Sainik School Punglwa concludes
Alpha (A) Company cadets with the trophy along with others after the conclusion of the 11th combined annual training camp.

KOHIMA — Nagaland (NL) Independent Sainik School Company, NCC, has concluded its 11th combined annual training camp (CATC-XI) for the training year 2023–24.

According to a press release, during the ten-day camp held at Sainik School(SS) Punglwa, the cadets were taught the fundamentals of weapon training, firing, disaster management, tent pitching, fire fighting, skill development, first aid, and so on.

The conduct of drills, football, volleyball, tug of war, and cultural competitions were the other highlights of the camp.

The camp was attended by 188 cadets, including army (74) and air (50) from the junior division, as well as army (61) from the senior division and three junior wing cadets.

The entire strength was divided into Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie companies.

Brig PS Sangwan, Group Commander, Kohima NCC, visited the coy to review camp proceedings, complimented the cadets, and encouraged them to work hard to make the school and their parents proud.

The best trophy was bagged by Alpha (A) Company.
