DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has extended Tsungkamneo greetings to the Yimkhiung community. “May the spirit of the festival, which is unity, forgiveness, peace and friendship, prevail among all sections of people. I extend my best wishes for a happy Tsungkamneo and a blessed year ahead,” Rio wrote on X.
