Clarification on "One held with stolen vehicle"

With reference to the above subject published on 19th April 2015, we are bringing to your notice regarding wrong charges of stealing a Scorpio vehicle number NL-07 7659 with chassis no. MA1TB2GCK72G87447 and Engine no. GC74G67361 by Thiputo Kezo which was purchased from Lakiumong Khungru son of Yinkiumong from Thanamer village, Kiphire. Lakiumong Khungru has also admitted before the police investigating officer of the North Police Station, Kohima that he had sold the Scorpio vehicle to Thiputo Kezo.
