Chakhesang youth seek public support

Dimapur, Feb.13 (EMN): Chakhesang Youth Front (CYF) has sought public support for uninterrupted implementation of two lane road construction project from Chakhabama to Zunheboto via Chozuba by MUDOKOM and from Pfutsero to Phek via Sakraba by NHIDCL. The press release from the CYF has requested the concerned citizens of all the neighbouring villages and towns, individual, groups to give their full cooperation during the ensuing construction period without any hindrance. Stating that those projects would facilitate long term benefit for all round development, CYF stated that it would not tolerate any sort of unwanted elements demanding, extorting, or causing damage to equipments and machineries. CYF also stated that it would not tolerate or allow such elements to hamper the life line project in any manner and take any actions deem fit against such person(s). CYF has affirmed support with the two-lane committee constituted by the Chakhesang Public Organisation (CPO) on any decision(s) taken for the benefit of the people. Further, the youth front appealed the district administration and PWD (R&B) to act and discharge their duties without any hesitation.
