Chakhesang Wrestling Association announces selection trial camp for Nagaland Olympic Games 2024

DIMAPUR — The Chakhesang Wrestling Association (CWA) has announced that it will conduct selection trial camp for various categories (weight) of Free Style Wrestling and Belt Wrestling at SC Jamir Badminton Stadium, Pfutsero, from 10 am onwards on December 9, to select candidates to compete in the upcoming Nagaland Olympic Games 2024 scheduled to be held from January 8 to the 13th, 2024.

In this regard, interested wrestlers have been asked to take part in the selection trial camp.

Categories to be played at Nagaland Olympic Games

Free Style Wrestling:

Men: 57 kg, 61 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg, 74 kg, 79 kg, 86 kg.

Women: 50 kg, 53 kg, 55 kg, 57 kg, 59 kg, 62 kg

Belt Wrestling:

Men: 60 kg, 70 kg, 80 kg, 90 kg, 100 and 100+ kg.

Women: 55 kg, 60 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 75+ kg.
