Dimapur, Nov. 25 (EMN): The dreams of a nation can be fulfilled when a man uphold the gentle words which begins at home by performing the responsibility of what a good father should act upon, stated Rev. Dr. Zelhuo Keyho, general secretary of Nagaland Baptist Church (NBCC). Keyho stated that the progress and fulfilment of a society lies with all mankind in dedicating and submission of lives to the Almighty God and live to the fullest as deserved.
Keyho said this in his addressing at the Chakhesang Baptist Church Ministers’ Hill Kohima (CBCMHK) annual day cum awards distribution ceremony in the church premises on November 25. Urging upon the men folk to live an example lives not only inside the church but outside the church, Keyho said men folk have great role to play in shaping the nation destiny.
According to a press communiqué issued by media coordinator, Kuzhovesa Soho, sport events were held on November 23 and 24 at Jakhama local ground and the men’s annual day was observed in the church premises.
Rev. Wepre Mero, pastor of CBCMHK, led the congregation, while Rev. Dr. Vevo Phesao, senior pastor of CBCMHK, pronounced a pastoral prayer, and Muhusa Resuh, prayed for the offering. Vemusu Cürha read the word of God. CBCMHK youth choir and Chandmari PWD town area men’s group presented a special number.
Vethikhoyi Khamo, secretary of men fellowship led the 2018 awards distribution ceremony and prizes were handed over to the awardees by Rev. Dr. Zelhuo Keyho.
