CGU to organise penalty shootout in aid of silver jubilee

DIMAPUR — Chümoukedima Gorkha Union (CGU) is organising a one-day open penalty shootout in aid of its silver jubilee celebration. The shootout will be held on October 7 at the Chümoukedima town local ground.

The union urged all interested clubs, groups, associations, unions, churches, institutions, etc. to participate in the one-day event to help the community raise funds.

The winning team will receive INR 25,000 in cash, while the runner-up will receive INR 15,000. The best goalkeeper will receive a cash prize of INR 2,000.

The entry fee for each team is INR 2,000. Entry forms are available both online and offline. Offline, it is available at the Little Hut, Chümoukedima town. For online team registration, one can visit forms.gle/fw33Ct2C4cD5JVEq8
