Dimapur, May 6 (EMN): The Christian Forum Dimapur (CFD) in co-ordination with the district administration has been giving encouragement to Naga boys and girls who are undergoing quarantine at the Youth Hostel in Dimapur since March 24.
CFD has been conducting fellowship programmes, singing and praying with them and also spreading the message of love and peace, an update informed on Wednesday.
There are 48 stranded Naga boys and girls in the Youth Hostel, mostly part-time workers and students who have been stranded due to the lockdown. CFD has been taking the initiative in co-ordination with the deputy commissioner (DC) of Dimapur, "to enliven them before they are sent back in their respective districts," it read.
DC of Dimapur Anoop Kinchi informed that "this group would be given top priority and in all probability would be transported in their respective districts May 7,"it added.
