DIMAPUR — In a collaborative effort to guide students towards successful careers, a team from Dr. Mar Theophilus Institute of Management Studies (DMTIMS) and Indira Institute of Business Management, Navi Mumbai, visited MGM College, Dimapur, on Wednesday and held a career guidance session.
According to a press release, the delegation comprised Dr. Alpha Lokhande and Dr. Pinaki Mandal, faculty members, along with Rev. Fr. Abraham Joseph, CEO of St. Mary’s Group of Institutions, which runs DMTIMS.
The event witnessed an interactive session where Dr. Lokhande and Dr. Mandal shed light on various career paths in the dynamic field of business management. Their insights covered emerging trends, required skill sets for success, and the diverse career opportunities available to students.
Rev. Fr. Abraham Joseph, the CEO, emphasised the importance of holistic education, combining academic excellence with strong moral values.
The guest faculty also explored possibilities for student and faculty exchange programmes between MGM College and the institutes in Navi Mumbai.
