Lüshe FC and Head Hunters FC recorded dominant wins in the Captain N Kengurüse Memorial Football Tournament in Kohima.

KOHIMA — Lüshe FC from Phek and defending champions Head Hunters FC registered dominant victories on the second day of the ongoing Captain N Kengurüse, MVC, Memorial Football Tournament 2025.
In the first match, Lüshe FC defeated Auyang FC with a convincing 6-0 scoreline. Tohika opened the scoring in the 11th minute, followed by Thunluso’s hat-trick, with goals in the 28th, 40+3, and 52nd minutes.
Shovelo netted the fifth goal in the 73rd minute, and Eneibe sealed the victory with the sixth goal in the 78th minute.

In the second match, defending champions Head Hunters FC overwhelmed Detroit FC with a commanding 14-0 win. Laiwang led the charge with eight goals, scoring in the 8th, 17th, 36th, 38th, 50th, 69th, 79th, and 80+1 minutes.
Manton opened the scoring in the 2nd minute, while Haotingmang, Zarenthung, and Visakho added one goal each in the 71st, 72nd, and 76th minutes, respectively.
