Dimapur, March 3: CANSSEA and all other State Services Associations of Nagaland held meeting on February 27 at Japfu Hotel. At the meeting the associations congratulated Dr. Shurhozelie Liezietsu on being unanimously chosen as the 11th Chief Minister of Nagaland. With his vast range of experience, the various associations hoped that the chief minister will lead the people to higher level towards the progress and development. The associations prayed for his good health and wished him long and prosperous life.
Associations also expressed sincere gratitude to the chief minister, his cabinet ministers and senior government officials led by Chief Secretary and Finance Commissioner, Nagaland for favourably considering implementing the 7th ROP.“CANSSEA and other associations also re-visited its earlier demand for implementation of the 7th ROP from 1st January, 2016. However, after in-depth deliberation, the associations agreed upon to accept the 7th ROP w.e.f 01-03-2017 as published in the local dailies” stated president, CANSSEA, S. Takatuba Aier.
Further, it appealed to all the state employees to work with sincerity and dedication for the welfare and upliftment of the people of the State.
