C-Edge College organises sales day

Dimapur, April 8 (EMN): Education department of C-Edge College, in collaboration with Canaan Hands Group, organised a sales day on April 5.

Canaan Hands Group is a voluntary group of students and faculty whose main motto was ‘To work, sacrifice and to gain self-reliance,’ stated an update from the college.

The joint venture was carried out to inculcate ‘Basic education’ and ‘Life skills development’ among the students and to spread awareness about the importance of vocational education and self sustainability.

The products put on sale included traditional items, wood crafts, paintings, sketches, pickles, and various species of flowers.

Report stated that the students and the faculty took active part to promote the self sustaining life skills.
