Dimapur, April 19 (EMN): Commemorating the ‘World Heritage Day,’ the principal of C-Edge College, Dr. Chubatola Aier, inaugurated the ‘Naga Heritage Museum’ at the college premises on April 18. The ‘Naga Heritage Museum’ was initiated by the History department of the college.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Chubatola Aier emphasised on the need and importance of museums as a way to preserve the culture and identity in the post-humanism period and for future development, an update from the college stated.
It stated that the assistant professor of History, Kaikho Loli, proposed the vote of thanks in which he acknowledged the college authority for giving the space and the opportunity to set up the museum. He also extended gratitude to the alumni and the students for contributing the artifacts and for their moral support.
