BPFM advises jail inmates for total moral transformation

President of Baptist Pastors’ Fellowship Mon (BPFM), P Inaho Yeptho, has urged the inmates of Mon Jail for total moral transformation in order to inherit a better place in heaven after their lives on earth. BPFM president, P Inaho Yeptho has particularly urged the jail inmates to desist themselves from criminal activities and be transformed as responsible citizens in the society.
The president said this while interacting with the jail inmates during the visit on April 19. The members had a prayer fellowship with the jail inmates and also shared eatables such as cake and juice.
Delivering the words of God, pastor of Ao Baptist Church Mon, Rev. Liboptemjen, has advised the jail inmates to change their lives towards becoming a better Christian in order to inherit a better place in heaven after death.BPFM members have also visited sick people at Mon District Hospital and comforted them during visit on April 18.
Meanwhile, BPFM has expressed gratitude to the Baptist Churches in Mon town for their contribution of one Bible each to the fellowship which were distributed to the jail inmates. Meanwhile, the members observed that the Chapel Hall in the jail needed physical improvement by way of fixing window panes and provision for curtains. It has urged all ‘willing’ donors to contribute for improvement of condition of the hall.
