BJP plays politics of development, says Nagaland minister Jacob Zhimomi

Dimapur, Aug. 27 (EMN): Minister of Public Health and Engineering Department (PHED), Jacob Zhimomi, on Saturday stated that the nation voted Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to power for two tenures under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, because it plays politics of development on the ground.

He was speaking during the inauguration programme of Dimapur district office on Saturday. He stated that the party was fortunate to get two BJP party tickets from Dimapur district for the upcoming election.

He called upon the BJP workers to strengthen the party in the country, villages, town, ranges, and districts in order to usher in development.

‘We are fortunate to represent one of the largest democratic parties in the world and that comes with a huge responsibility on all of us,’ he said.

Tovihoto Ayemi, advisor of Power, expressed that BJP Dimapur district has grown from strength to strength and has also enrolled many new members. He lauded the karyakartas and BJP officials for working selflessly for the party.

He further encouraged the party workers to work harder with zeal and dedication.

Abhay Kumar Giri, state general secretary (organisation) also shared about how to make the party grow through hard work and to keep the new office functioning.
