Dimapur, Oct. 23 (EMN): The BJP 23-Impur Mandal held a consultative meeting at Asetkong Salang in Kubulong on October 20 with the BJP nahila national secretary, Aienla Jamir, as the guest of honour.
The consultative meeting was attended by a host of BJP officials from the state BJP mahila unit, BJP Mokokchung BJP unit led by its president, Imolemba Jamir, along with his colleagues, officials from the mandal and morchas, state council members and state executive members, informed an update from BJP Mokokchung.
Speaking at the programme, Aienla highlighted on the different schemes and flagship programmes introduced by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, and encouraged the mandal workers to ensure that such schemes reach the targeted people.
Asserting that BJP is a disciplined and development-oriented party, she urged the karyakartas to work with full vigor so that the programmes and policies of the BJP reach to every section of the society.
Keynote address was delivered by the BJP district president, while the president of 23-Impur mandal welcomed the gathering.
Short speeches were delivered by minority morcha president, Rongsenyanger Aier; state council member from 23-Impur Mandal, Meya Longkumer; state executive member, RN Nungsang; and former bureaucrat Bendangkokba.
