BJP internal issues will be resolved soon– Patton

Kohima, July 1 (EMN): Nagaland deputy chief minister and leader of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislature party, Y Patton, while admitting an internal hiccups within the party, has assured that the issues would be resolved at the earliest possible time.
Patton stated this when asked about the on-going tussle within the state BJP party on the sideline of the distribution event of protective gear and equipment which he contributed to the Nagaland Secretariat Service Association (NSSA) at his official residence in Kohima.
Replying to queries doing the round on social media after being reported by local newspapers, Patton admitted to having received the letter from the 10 district BJP presidents demanding the removal of the state BJP president.
Without dwelling on the issue, Patton maintained that party legislators also had series of meetings. Since the letter was also addressed to the central leadership, he stated that the central BJP leaders are also expected to visit the state soon to resolve the issue.
