Big Bazaar to mark Independence Day with 6-day shopping extravaganza

Dimapur, Aug. 8 (EMN): Shoppers can soon have a field day as Big Bazaar’s popular shopping festival – six days Mahabachat – will begin on August 10 and continue till Indian Independence Day on August 15.
The popular retail chain has informed through a statement that shoppers from various parts of the country can avail its mega deals, offers and discounts across various categories from food and grocery items to fashion apparel, household items, and kitchenware to home decor and electronics.

The update from the retail chain said that it will provide a special preview of the items to be offered during the sales on August 9, a day before the shopping extravaganza actually begins. It added that assistance, including wheelchair facilities will be provided to people with disabilities (PWD) and elderly persons in order to make enhance their shopping experience.

It went on to say that shoppers can avail up to 60% off and an additional 20% cash back on furniture. Electronic items, including mobile phones, kitchen ware, and others will be on offer during the sales period. It informed that shoppers can get discount on various food items.

Customers can enjoy exclusive benefits on shopping for INR 3000 and INR 6000 and get cash back worth INR 1200 and INR 2400 respectively in Future Pay Wallets and on Paytm, read the statement from the retail chain. Shoppers can also get INR 2100 cash back if they shop for INR 25,000 and above. SBI credit and debit card users can enjoy an additional discount of 7 % on the items they buy, it informed.
