Bethel Kitchen to be operational from July 4

Dimapur, July 3 (EMN): As all the persons and workers involved in Bethel Kitchen, Kohima, have been tested negative for Covid-19 in compulsory mass preventive testing, the kitchen would be made operational again with effect from July 4 in the same location as usual but with utmost precaution and safety measures.

Bethel Kitchen was temporarily closed for 48 hours in view of some frontline workers being tested positive for Covid-19, a DIPR report stated on Friday.

The report, quoting the deputy commissioner, Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, stated that Bethel Kitchen has been fumigated by following all health safety measures and SOP of the government.

The report further advised all the workers and persons involved in the facility to follow all safety precautions such as wearing of face masks, frequently washing of hands and maintaining of social/physical distancing to ensure public hygiene and
personal safety.
