Benjongmenla Jamir, 20, contestant number 9 walked away with ‘Miss Dimapur’ title and a cash award of Rs. 50,000 after rounds of tough competitions among the 13 beautiful young belles competing for the crown. First Runners Up was crowned to Gihutoli, 23, with a cash prize of Rs. 30,000 followed by Paukizone, 20, as 2nd Runners Up who walked away with 20,000 sponsored by NPL Organizers.Judges for the night were Mezivolu T. Therieh (Chief Judge), Kashmira Nath from Guwahati, Phushika Awomi (Present Assistant Press Secretary to C.M, and former NSF president) Bano Haralu (Editor of Eastern Mirror) and Temjensangla. Benjongmenla, during the final questionnaire round impressed the judges by choosing “Career women” against “house wife” as according to her, a career woman is the most powerful of all who at home is house wife and outside is an educated person. Benjongmenla, along with the title of Miss Perfect 10 also got modeling contract with the Ramp Magazine along with Paukizone, Mercy Kithan and Shurhosuno Yani. LUIT also chose Benjongmenla Jamir and Mercy Kithan to compete and get exposed nationally and internationally. Awardees in different categories 1. Miss Catwalk- Shurhosuno Yani (Contestant no. 13)
