DIMAPUR — Kohima unit of the Benreului Baptist Union Mipui Maa (BBUMM) held its annual session-cum-election of new executive for the tenure 2023-26 at hotel East Gate, Kohima, on October 21.
BBUMM advisor, Dr. Lungsang Nsarangbe, urged the members to manifest the fruits of the spirit in their lives as recipients of God’s grace and as children of light to be torchbearers in sharing the gospel with those who are still in darkness, an update from the union stated.
She also emphasised the need to seek divine favour from the Lord to restore what has been lost so that they might live victoriously and thrive as people.
A song was presented by Iluna Irangbe, while Namguile, an elderly member, exhorted the members at the programme.
During the second session second, BBUMM secretary, Samzai Haikam, and treasurer, Pusuipeule Eheilung, presented their reports. The union also elected new office members for the tenure 2024- 26.
