BASN selects 8 students from St Joseph College, Jakhama

In its second campus audition, the Beauty & Aesthetic Society of Nagaland (BASN) has selected eight students for the upcoming Miss Nagaland 2017 to be held during the Hornbill Festival in the month of December. Altogether nine girls registered for the campus audition which was held at Symphony Academy of Music School this morning, where one was eliminated. The selected girls will be taking part in the open audition scheduled to be held on September 6 wherein they will be competing along with other participants from all the districts to partake in the Miss Nagaland 2018. It was informed that district reigning queens will have a direct entry into the beauty pageant, and the runners up will have to undergo the open audition. The selected contestants will be given intensive training to enhance their personality, diction, etiquettes, public speaking, ramp walk etc. Me a while, BASN has further informed that the next campus audition will be held at Kohima Science College, Jotsoma on August 26.
