Badshah feels Mahila Band are clear winners of India’s Got Talent Season 10

DIMAPUR — Decked up in glamorous black pants and shimmer tops, Nagaland’s IRB Mahila Band from the 15th NAP, who continued to charm India’s Got Talent Season 10 judge singer-rapper Badshah, also wooed famed Indian singer Neha Kakkar with their latest performance and stage presence, which was telecast on Sunday. 

Carried away again by the band’s electrifying performance on Sunday, the rapper did not hesitate to comment that they are the “clear winners” of India’s Got Talent Season 10.

Mahila Band have so far earned three golden buzzers from Badshah.

The band performed the songs ‘Chamma Chamma’ from the 1998 Indian film ‘China Gate’ sung by Alka Yagnik and ‘Dil bar dil bar’ from the 1999 movie ‘Sirf Tum’ also sung by Alka Yagnik, which was also later remade by Neha Kakkar.

Kakkar, who appeared as a special guest in Sunday’s event, termed their performance and vocals as the finest of her songs done by anyone.

 “You don’t need anyone. You all can complexly create a song and you don’t need anyone else. Mahila Band is the best. I miss hearing my voice when anyone sings my song but I did not miss hearing my voice in your voices,” Kakkar commented on their performance. 

Mahila Band, who confessed to be fans of Neha Kakkar, also shared the stage and performed with Kakkar after she gleefully accepted the band’s invitation to join the stage.

“Every time you come to the stage you nail your performance and your vocals were the complete texture of Neha’s voice,” Badshah applauded.
