Dimapur, Jan. 4 (EMN): Honda Cars India Limited launched the 'fifth generation' all new Honda CR-V at the Ayida Honda in Dimapur on Fri. Jan. 4. This was informed in a press release by Ayida Honda.
The new Honda CR-V is available in both diesel and petrol that gives a mileage of 19.5 km/L and 14.4 km/L respectively with a high ground clearance of 208 mm. "It is for the first time Honda is introducing diesel powertrain to the CR-V line-up in India. Being among the highest selling SUV in America it has captured the imagination of SUV lovers across the India too", maintained the press note.
"CR-V have Fun-to-Drive performance of an SUV and Driving comfort of a sedan which also have 5-star safety rating by ASEAN N-CAP. To name some in the safety package CR-V offers speed sensing auto door lock, impact sensing auto door unlock, hill assist, lane watch camera and Electronic stability program which is not available in rival SUVs. It is wider, taller and longer than the previous generation", stated the press note.
