MSK Kohima holds awareness programme on water resource schemes

Dimapur, March 28 (EMN): The district-level centre for women - Mahila Shakti Kendra, Kohima in collaboration with Water Resources department held an awareness programme under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) at Chedema village, Bawe on March 28.

The awareness programme emphasised on schemes under Water Resources department. It was chaired by Kesoneinuo Kense, district coordinator, DLCW-MSK, while Neipechau Mepfhüo, women welfare officer, DLCW-MSK introduced the MSK scheme, an update informed.

It said that Phutheguo Khawakhrie, SDO, Kohima Division was the resource person, who highlighted the various schemes available under the department (Water Resources) and emphasised on the means to access those schemes.
