DIMAPUR — A sensitisation and awareness programme on the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) schemes was held at the district industries centre (DIC), Chozuba, in Phek district on Wednesday.

According to a DIPR report, the event aimed to inform and educate stakeholders about the various initiatives under MSME to support and promote small and medium-sized enterprises.

Cholzo Sophie, general manager of DIC Chozuba, delivered the keynote address, and Hojeto Suqhe, deputy director of schemes, provided insights into the MSME schemes, shedding light on their significance and benefits.

Kikumthung, assistant director, emphasised the importance of the PM Vishwakarma initiative for the development of the MSME sector, and Kezhaletuo Khruomo, inspector of industries, led a session on Udyam registration, guiding participants on the registration process.
