Dimapur, Oct. 8 (EMN): Wokha battalion of the Assam Rifles conducted an interaction with Gaon Buras at Bhandari Company Operating Base on October 5.
A defence release stated that the need for maintaining peace and harmony in the region for development to gain pace was discussed during the interaction. It added that the village functionaries were also made aware about the forthcoming recruitment rallies and the need to keep eligible youth motivated for the same.
Altogether, 12 GBs attended the interaction.
